The Opportunity
Join IPC Health as a Digital Impact Coordinator (Grade 3, Full Time) and play a vital role in enabling IPC Health’s digital transformation to deliver our 2030 Well for Life strategy. You will coordinate digital initiatives that enhance client and staff experience, support the intranet transition to SharePoint through structured content migration and stakeholder engagement, and help drive change and adoption across the organisation.
This is a full-time ongoing role based across our six campuses (Sunshine, Deer Park, St Albans, Wyndham Vale, Hoppers Crossing, and Altona Meadows), with flexibility to work from home. You will work closely with the Communications and Marketing team, the IT team and internal clients.
Salary: $84,635 p.a. + 12% super + salary packaging
Classification: Health and Allied Services, Managers and Administrative Workers (Victorian Stand-Alone Community Health Services MEA 2022â2026), Grade 3.
The types of projects you’ll work on might include:
- Coordinate digital projects such as the SharePoint intranet migration and AI pilot programs
- Collate insights and data to inform digital adoption and benefits reporting.
- Partner with the Service Impact team, IT, Client Services, and operational leads to improve staff and client digital experiences.
- Support training initiatives, particularly in increasing staff’s digital literacy in the Microsoft ecosystem and AI-driven platforms.
- Support workshops, governance activities and project communications.
- Support in evaluating digital options to solve business problems.
To excel in this role, you’ll tackle a diverse set of tasks under guidance, demonstrate a can-do attitude, and view every challenge as an opportunity to proactively solve problems, learn and contribute.
To be successful in this role:
- Tertiary qualification (Bachelor’s or Cert IV) in Business, IT, Health Informatics or related field.
- 2â4 years’ experience coordinating digital, communications or change projects in a complex environment (health/NFP desirable), with evidence-supported outcomes.
- Strong project coordination and stakeholder communication skills.
- Confident use of Microsoft 365 tools (Planner, SharePoint, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with content migration and intranet management.
- Practical AI literacy across multiple LLM and a familiarity with effective prompt engineering and vibe coding.
- An eye for detail, the ability to prioritise competing tasks, and a proactive approach to meeting deadlines.
- A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn from colleagues.
Desirable:
- Agility using Power Automate.
- Experience preparing content inventories, migration trackers, comms packs and training materials.
- Familiarity with test scripts, UAT coordination and post rollout hypercare.
